Coaching and mentoring for individuals, teams and peer groups

A series of structured discussions to achieve defined goals
We use a mix of coaching and mentoring to help professionals working in NGOs enhance their personal and professional development:
- Coaching uses a series of probing questions to help you find answers.
- Mentoring is about offering points of view and suggestions based on our own experiences.
A typical relationship is a series of 6 one-hour individual or peer group sessions every 2-3 weeks, with a follow-up session three to six months later.
Step 1: Understand Your Needs
We start with a free initial discussion to understand your needs and discuss how LeaderLy can help.
Step 2: Set Objectives
A first session will center around defining your priorities and objectives for our work together.
Step 3: Exploration
Each session offers a safe space for personal exploration, where we uncover strengths, examine beliefs and core values, identify decision-making patterns and talk about potential barriers that may be holding you back.
Step 4: Define Actions
Each session will conclude with identifying clear action steps to move you closer to your goals.
Pro Bono Coaching
We believe that leadership with purpose has the power to create lasting positive change. That’s why, in partnership with André Hoffmann and our network of 20 experienced coaches, we have expanded our services to include pro bono coaching and mentoring for certain organisations and individuals dedicated to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
