The coaching enabled through LeaderLy was a much appreciated and valued experience. The match with my coach was spot on, and over six sessions I achieved my goals of improving clarity and focus in my work and life, and at the same time became re-energised and re-motivated. The coaching experience reminded me of the inner resources that we all have, and how sometimes it can take someone who is both insightful and a great listener to bring us back to ourselves.

Nathalie is a gentle yet effective coach grounded in practical experience that guided me to question some of my own assumptions, patterns and ways of coping.
